1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available only within 48 hours of purchase.

2. Conditions for Refunds: Refunds are processed if Florence International fails to deliver the promised services, including live sessions and course materials.

4. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon confirmation.

Note: No refunds are offered for requests outside the 48-hour window or for partial course attendance.
